Effective: March 2026 · NovaBridge Ventures 주식회사 (KORECOA) · Seoul, South Korea

1. The Provider

NovaBridge Ventures 주식회사 (KORECOA), a stock company (주식회사) registered in Seoul, South Korea ("KORECOA," "NovaBridge Ventures," "Provider," "we," "us"), operates an independent analytical verification platform. We route samples to accredited Korean partner laboratories and issue Certificates of Analysis (COAs) under the VerifyKorea standard.

2. Services

The Provider offers analytical testing services including but not limited to: HPLC purity profiling, LC-MS/MS identity confirmation, SEC-HPLC analysis, amino acid analysis, net peptide content determination, bacterial endotoxin testing (LAL), heavy metals screening (ICP-MS), and residual solvent analysis (GC-headspace). Testing is performed by accredited Korean partner laboratories on behalf of KORECOA.

All services are provided for research use only (RUO). KORECOA does not approve products for human consumption, does not provide medical advice, and does not grant regulatory approval of any kind. Clients are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

3. Contract Formation

A binding agreement ("Contract") between the Client and KORECOA is formed when:

(a) The Client submits a testing request via our website, email, or other accepted channel and KORECOA confirms the order; or

(b) The Client makes payment pursuant to KORECOA's payment instructions, which constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Delivery of a sample to KORECOA's address without prior order confirmation and payment does not constitute a Contract. KORECOA reserves the right to refuse and destroy unidentified packages without liability.

4. Ordering and Sample Submission

The Client must provide the following in each order: (a) type and scope of testing requested, (b) contact email address, (c) preferred payment method, (d) country of origin for the sample, (e) clear identification of the sample including compound name and batch/lot if available, and (f) tracking number of the shipment.

The Client is responsible for accurate labeling, proper packaging, and compliance with all shipping and customs regulations. If samples contain hazardous substances, the Client must disclose this before shipping. Failure to do so makes the Client fully liable for any resulting damages.

5. Turnaround Time

Guaranteed turnaround: 5–7 business days from sample receipt for standard testing. Priority testing: 3–5 business days. Full Audit packages: 7–10 business days. These timelines begin upon confirmed receipt of the sample at our partner laboratory, not upon shipping.

Turnaround may be extended if: (a) the sample is damaged, insufficient, or improperly labeled; (b) the Client fails to provide required information; (c) additional testing is required due to unexpected findings; or (d) force majeure events occur. KORECOA will notify the Client of any delays.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices are as listed on our website at the time of order submission, denominated in USD unless otherwise agreed. KORECOA reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice.

Payment methods accepted: bank wire transfer, PayPal, Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (Ethereum and Tron networks), and USDC (Ethereum network).

Cryptocurrency payments: The value of BTC or other cryptocurrency is determined by the exchange rate at the time of the first blockchain confirmation, referenced against CoinGecko USD rate. A payment tolerance of 1% underpayment is permitted for cryptocurrency transactions. Payment is considered received upon the first blockchain confirmation.

Cryptocurrency refunds: If a refund is issued for a cryptocurrency payment, KORECOA refunds the USD-equivalent value of the service at the exchange rate current at time of refund, not the original payment rate.

KORECOA may require payment in advance before providing shipping instructions or commencing analysis. An administrative fee of $100 USD may be charged for significant order changes or cancellations after Contract formation.

7. Certificates of Analysis (COAs)

Each COA issued by KORECOA includes: compound identification, batch/lot reference, testing date, analyst identification, testing laboratory and accreditation status, individual test results with methods and specifications, HPLC chromatogram, and a unique QR verification code linked to our public database.

Reproduction: COAs may not be reproduced in part. Any reproduction must include the complete certificate including all verification data. Tampering with, falsifying, or reproducing KORECOA COAs without authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Modification: COAs cannot be modified after issuance. Exceptions: (a) anonymization of Client name upon request; (b) correction of typographical errors by KORECOA. A new COA is issued only in case of a verified error by the Provider.

Scope: Each COA reports results for the specific sample or aliquot received by KORECOA. Results apply only to the tested sample and cannot be extended to other batches, shipments, or products.

8. Sample Handling and Destruction

Samples are destroyed within 48 hours of COA issuance and delivery to the Client. After destruction, re-analysis of the same sample is not possible. If the Client requires extended sample retention, this must be arranged in writing before testing begins and may incur additional fees.

The Client acknowledges that samples may be altered, consumed, or destroyed during the testing process. KORECOA is not liable for samples changed or destroyed as a necessary part of providing the service.

9. Unidentified and Non-Conforming Packages

KORECOA reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any package that: (a) arrives without a corresponding confirmed order and payment; (b) cannot be matched to a Client order due to missing tracking information; (c) contains contents inconsistent with the order; or (d) arrives with customs documentation inconsistent with KORECOA's shipping instructions.

KORECOA may destroy the contents of unidentified or non-conforming packages without liability to the sender.

10. Verification System

Each COA includes a unique verification code and QR code linked to our database at korecoa.com/verify. This system allows anyone to confirm the authenticity of a KORECOA certificate. The verification database is one-way encrypted. KORECOA maintains records of certificate issuance but individual certificates are accessed only via the unique verification link provided to the Client.
